I was praying that God would do something to encourage me, and I really wanted that something to be a sign of hope (or to give me) hope.

I rounded the bend at 14th, and I could NOT believe my eyes. There were about five or six dolphins in the ocean straight ahead of me, not just being playful, but jumping high into the air. High. Like they were in an act at Sea World. I didn't even know dolphins behaved that way in the wild (I still am not convinced that they normally do). As you know, dolphins are my favorite, favorite animals. I just watched in amazement. This went on for some time. The weirdest part...no one around me noticed. I felt like it was God's gift of hope to me. Amazing!

I promise you I am not exaggerating-not that I need to tell you that.

Thanks for reminding me of that experience, and that He loves me enough to do something so outrageous for me. I can still barely believe it!

By the way, I love your Shel S. profile-thingee. That's great.Rob, Kelly, Bennett, and Elodiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16695651139994315293noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-543843331143816959.post-32368535683378414702009-06-08T14:56:00.249-07:002009-06-08T14:56:00.249-07:00Thanks for the reminder of God's incredible lo...Thanks for the reminder of God's incredible love for us... beautiful!
